Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship internationally at this time. For local Bronx and NYC customers, we also offer free in-store pickup.
Shipping Options & Rates
Free Standard Shipping: On all orders of $40 or more (continental US).
Standard Shipping: $5.95 flat rate. Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days.
Expedited Shipping: $12.95 flat rate. Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days.
Express Shipping: $19.95 flat rate. Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days.
In-Store Pickup: FREE. Order online, pick up at our Bronx location. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready (usually within 24 hours).
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Restrictions
Some items have shipping restrictions due to federal regulations. Aerosol products (hairspray, dry shampoo), nail polish and nail polish remover, and alcohol-based products can only ship via ground transportation and are not eligible for express shipping. These items cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the continental US.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on loveyourbeautyshop.com.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@loveyourbeautyshop.com or call us at +1 917-891-6026. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and get you taken care of.
