Orders & Shopping

How do I place an order?

Browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can check out as a guest or create an account to track your orders and earn rewards. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly! If you need to modify or cancel, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order at info@loveyourbeautyshop.com or +1 917-891-6026 Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled — but you can return eligible items.

Do I need an account to shop?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save your favorites, and check out faster next time.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and any additional methods shown at checkout.

Do you offer professional or wholesale discounts?

Shipping & Delivery

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is $5.95 flat rate, with free shipping on orders of $40 or more. Expedited ($12.95, 3–5 days) and Express ($19.95, 2–3 days) options are also available.

How long does delivery take?

Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days after processing. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). So expect your order within about one week.

Do you offer in-store pickup?

Yes! Select “In-Store Pickup” at checkout and pick up your order for free at our Bronx location. You’ll get an email when it’s ready, usually within 24 hours.

Do you ship outside the US?

We currently ship to all 50 US states only. International shipping is not available at this time.

My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

Check your tracking number first (it’s in your shipping confirmation email). If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, check with neighbors and your building’s front desk. Still missing? Contact us at [email] within 7 days and we’ll investigate.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer 30-day returns on most unused, unopened items in their original packaging. See our full Return Policy for details on eligible and non-returnable items.

Can I return a wig or hair extensions?

Wigs, lace fronts, ponytails, hair bundles, and braiding hair are final sale once the packaging is opened or tags are removed. This is for hygiene reasons. If you’re unsure about a wig, our team is happy to help you choose the right one before purchase — just reach out!

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. It may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes! Contact us at info@loveyourbeautyshop.com or bring the item (unused, in original packaging) to our store for an exchange, subject to availability.

Do you carry products for natural hair?

Absolutely! We carry a wide range of products for natural hair, including brands like Cantu, Shea Moisture, Curls, Mielle, and ORS. Browse our Hair Care category and filter by hair type to find what works for your curl pattern.

Do you carry Dominican hair products?

Yes! Dominican and Latin beauty is one of our specialties. We carry ampollas, Emergencia treatments, Dominican blowout products, Tricovit, Capilo, Alter Ego Garlic Treatment, and many more. Visit our Dominican & Latin Beauty section.

How do I choose the right wig?

Consider your face shape, desired style, and whether you prefer human hair (more versatile, can be heat styled) or synthetic (more affordable, pre-styled). Our product descriptions include details on cap size, length, and material. You can also contact us for personalized recommendations.

Are your products authentic?

Yes. Every product we sell is 100% authentic. We source directly from authorized distributors and manufacturers. If you ever have concerns about a product, contact us immediately.

Do you carry products for men?

Yes! Our Men’s Grooming section includes clippers, trimmers, aftershave, bump and razor bump treatments, beard care, and grooming accessories from brands like Wahl, Andis, and Bump Patrol.

What are your store hours?

Monday to Saturday from 9:30 am till 7:30 pm | Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Online orders are processed Monday through Friday.

Do you speak Spanish?
