You may return most unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.

You may return most unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
Unopened hair care products (shampoo, conditioner, treatments, oils, styling products), unopened makeup and cosmetics in original sealed packaging, unused hair tools and accessories with tags attached, unused electronics in original packaging with all components, unopened nail products, and unopened skin care and body products.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Wigs and hair extensions — All wigs, lace fronts, ponytails, hair bundles, and braiding hair are FINAL SALE once the packaging is opened or tags are removed. We understand this is a significant purchase, and our team is happy to help you choose the right product before buying.
Opened personal care items — Any product that has been opened, used, or has a broken seal (includes makeup, skincare, hair products, deodorant, feminine care).
Earrings and body jewelry — For hygiene reasons.
Contact lenses — Due to health regulations.
Clearance and sale items — Items purchased at a discount of 50% or more are final sale.
Gift cards — Non-refundable and non-returnable.
Received a defective or damaged item? Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@loveyourbeautyshop.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return needed for items under $15.
Online orders (by mail): Email us at info@loveyourbeautyshop.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived defective or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
Online orders (in-store return): Bring the item and your order confirmation to our Bronx store for an immediate exchange or refund.
Need a different shade or product? We’re happy to do exchanges on eligible items. Contact us at info@loveyourbeautyshop.com or bring the item to our store. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Orders placed between November 1 and December 31 may be returned through January 31 of the following year. All other return conditions still apply.
